[Sca-cooks] pork picnic shoulder?

I discovered this quite by accident but it's
wonderful. For a pork roast I'll drill holes
all through it and then stuff the holes with
pesto. A bit of salt and pepper and a lemon
rub on the skin and you have heaven on a plate.
