Well, my group just doesn't have a no-food price, so the only deadbeats we
worry about are the ones that jump the gate entirely. Some people are
offended by the lack of a no-food price but nobody that I know of has come
to autocrats and requested a foodless price.

We haven't done an all-day feast for worrying about deadbeats, though.

The secret is portion control. You can make 35 lbs of cheese last for 6
hours at an event with 700+ people on site, if you put it out a single
soupbowl full at a time. ;)
