Bear-
These were long, skinny sort of misshapen looking things with rather fibrous
flesh ( I sliced off the skin before boiling). They were sort of a light
orange. If I had got them at a grocery store I would have thought they were
sweet potatoes, but I would bet my hard earned cash that Butler Farm Market
labeled them correctly.

BLATANT ADVERTISEMENT: Anyone who goes to Pennsic really should shop there.
They are small and don't have the huge selection of the Giant Eagle, but
they have fabulous meats at awesome prices, and really beautiful produce.
Besides, I always try to buy from small local owned business rather than
some huge corporate chain.

Baron Silver picked up 11 lbs of salmon from them and did a Salt Crust Grill
at the war. I was terrified that we would all be ordering pizza, but it was
stunning!
Cheers!
