that sounds like a possibility.  IIRC they did something like this a number of years
ago at Pennsic...they had a cooking competition where the judges went from one
encampment to another.  I entered and had a lot of fun coming up with what I thought
were really great period-style dishes (this was back when Cariadoc's first collection
was the only game in town...and I had just started playing with them) and serving
them in a period-style setting.  I did pull a second place in the competition...which
I was pretty proud of!
