Green catsup is a marketing decision, and has very little to do with my
applesauce turning black from reacting with the un-stainless steel of my
food mill. ;-)
And, as marketing decisions go, extremely nasty.
*Purple* catsup? *shudder*
Ick. Naturally purple tomatoes are one thing. Artificially purple is quite
another.
