Well, I'm not Adamantius (he's much cuter), but you might want to
look at the recipes in this file in the FOOD-MEATS section of the
Florilegium:
haggis-msg        (88K)  5/16/01    Scottish haggis recipes. comments on haggis.

Some are non-period (they contain things like peppers) but others are
period. Unless the list wants me to pull a representative recipe out,
I suspect there are too many in there to post them to this list.
