Yeah...had a friend, an excellent cook, who had not used one before and cooked a
large quantity of chicken breasts and thighs in one of these.  The ones on the
outside of the tray cooked through very nicely...and the outsides of the
remainder cooked beautifully, but when you tried to eat them, they were still
very pink inside.  So...be very careful not to put too much of something like
chicken in a convection oven!  You really have to be careful of temperatures.
