Hi all.  I wanted to know if anyone knew of a recipe, hopefully 14th century
(but will take others if you know when) that include the ingredients of
ricotta, spinach and pasta.  It was served as a rollup and sliced at cooks
guild yesterday.  She said all the stuff was period, which it is, but I just
wondered if there was any documentaiton that would cover anything like this.
