Alright, I know this is a really dumb question, but I am pressed for time and
I think that I will get an answer here faster than anywhere else.

I am cooking a feast for 55 (or more) this weekend and I am having to
bake/broil/cook a couple of items that I haven't really done before.  So here
goes:

How long do you bake apples before they are done and at what temperature?  I
also have about 20 lbs. in tri tips that I am going to cook in the oven and
serve with green sauce...I have never cooked this much meat at one time
before.  Any suggestions on cooking time/temperature/suggested load?
