There are also the unknown factors in the Midwest,
that the weather can change and the event end up
with only the locals able to be in attendance. An event
can lose a lot of money in a hurry should the snow
decide to fall. Having been to a few where that happened,
it can take awhile to recoup the monies. That's what profits
go towards.
