I tend to lump weather under failures.  It may be an act of God, but it is
still a failure.  When I was seneschal, I kept a copy of the Old Farmer's
Almanac in my papers to consult for general weather conditions when
scheduling an event.  I found it to be as accurate as the National Weather
Service.
