If you combine a pennsylvania dutch accent and a central NJ/NYc you get

   Omygoyd

I distinctly remember when I was about 9 years old I cut my foot and
limped into the kitchen and tried to distract my mother from her
phone call and I remember her seeing all the blood on her linoleum
floor and saying to the person she was talking to:

Omygooyyd Gloria I have to go Ange cut her foot and is bleeding all
over the floor.

This is the same person who says: caw fee (coffee), not the nyc
accent that's different, and waa ter, and daw g. It's very hard to
write it down phonetically.

I lost most of the NJ accent I had when we moved from NJ to upstate
NY. The only time the accent came back was when I went to
SUNY-Binghamton and was surrounded by NYC people and then every so
often dog, coffee, walk, talk, would come out sounding 'funny'.
