[Sca-cooks] OOP "Cook's Illustrated"/ America's Test Kitchen

I love the "scientific" approach.  They explain why things happen the way
they do.  I've found the magazine very instructive.  An added bonus is that
they accept no advertising so you have all articles unlike some of the other
magazines.
