But which time period? Back before say 400 AD? Or afterwards? I gave
you one file on the Celts, meaning the ancient tribes that wasn't specific
to any of these regions.
There is also this source on Roman Wales:
Roman-Wales-bib (9K) 7/23/99 Bibliography on Roman Wales by Tangwystyl.
http://www.florilegium.org/files/CULTURES/Roman-Wales-bib.html
If you are actually including the later cultures in these areas, then
these files have some info and a number of referances:
Ireland-msg (47K) 2/18/00 Irish culture, dress. Points of interest.
Scotland-msg (65K) 5/25/99 Scottish culture. Who lived where.
Medieval
points of interest. The Orkney Islands.
Wales-msg (81K) 10/12/01 Welsh culture. avail. newsletters.
And in the FOOD-BY-REGION section:
fd-Ireland-msg (37K) 12/ 6/99 Medieval Irish food. references. recipes.
fd-Scotland-msg (39K) 9/21/00 Medieval food of Scotland. recipes.
fd-Wales-msg (28K) 12/ 6/99 Food of medieval Wales. Recipes.
