Wow! I find this encouraging that an autocrat, and I assume not a
member of this list or perhaps not even a cook, is requesting an
authentic meal tied to a specific culture and time.

I have also noticed more event announcements using the terms
"head cook" and "event steward" rather than "feastocrat" or
"autocrat". I think there are a number of reasons for this change
in the past few years, but I also like to think that some of the
discussions here on this list have helped such changes come about.
