You mean we don't get to play the "There can BE only one!" game?

Seriously, folks, some of you may not be aware of how difficult it can
be for control fr...some peop... me to learn not to behave badly and
play well with other children in a kitchen. What Muiredach is saying
cannot be coming easily, and I strongly advise anybody in a position to
take advantage of him (Hey! Get yer mind outta the gutter!) to do so.

Last summer, or maybe the summer before (Jadwiga would know, she was
there), I had the pleasure of working in a kitchen for a couple of hours
with A Professional Chef. How did I know he was A Professional Chef? He
told me so. He told me about nine times. He told eight or nine other
people about nine times that He was A Professional Chef.

I expressed a suitable degree of admiration and continued chopping
mushrooms.

But I repeat, I have ghreat admiration for those who take the work
seriously enough that they don't have time for attitude. Thanks, Muiredach.
