[Sca-cooks] Ingredients list

Since I've seen so much controversy on the allergies issue, I decided to
include all of those little fine print ingredients in parenthesis next to
the brand name.  Maybe it's going overboard, but the ingredients are there
for anyone to see. It takes a few minutes longer, but it's a payoff in peace
of mind.
