As much as they want, though they can only take a reasonable portion at a
time. I have major problems seeing protein thrown away because someone's
eyes are bigger than their stomachs-- but they can sit there popping
cheese cubes at the dayboard.

Alban, there are two other kinds of meat planned AND the scrambled eggs.

We have a number of diabetics and hypoglycemics in our shire, and we've
been doing basically the same menus for a number of years (at least 7) of
doing this.

Hypoglycemics that I've met actually do better if they mix things like
fruit (apples, pears, etc), veggies, carbs and proteins so their blood
sugar remains stable. They just have to keep eating regularly.

No, I'm looking for the name of the condition where someone can't eat
bread AND can't eat fruit and veggies. I mean, I know there's a
fashionable diet where you can only eat protein and nothing else, but
someone mentioned an illness, I thought. Perhaps it was a combination of
illnesses?
