[Sca-cooks] Sweet and Sour Raisins

Thanks Phillipa for sending this.  I have some wonderful champane vinegar
that will be perfect for this recipe.  I shall give it a go.  I am thinking
it may show up a time or two at Pennsic as well.

>2lbs onion sliced thin
>1/ 2lb white or dark raisins
>1/4C wine or cider vinegar
