Sounds wonderful! I'm not sure if I will like it or not, but it's worth
a try. Particularly since we've talked so much about it here on this
list. I will try to remember to ask you again when it is closer to
winter (northern hemisphere, I assume).

Check this file in the FOOD-MEATS section for a fair amount of info on
lutefisk and other preserved fish.
