[Sca-cooks] True sandwich - white trash cooking

Adamantius's vision (hate to think what his nightmares are like):
Why am I getting this vision of Martha Stewart's anaesthetic,
droning
monotone, talking to herself when nobody is looking? She's alone in
her
kitchen at 3:30 in the morning, wearing a ratty bathrobe and has
some
kinda hairnet on, and probably some sort of skin cram or mud pack
obscuring her features... oh, and bunny slippers.
"Many residents of Al's Rent-'Em-By-The-Hour Trailer Park prefer to
squirt the Cheez Whiz directly into the mouth, to prevent messy
spills.
And be sure to eat over the sink, so crumbs and loose teeth can be
	washed easily down the drain..."

Oh, thank you for that <pulls face>! My imagination has decided to stamp
your vision on my mind in indelible ink (not even squid ink, which at least
has the benefit of being both edible and tasty in an extremely salty way)...

In the same vein, has anyone seen the cookbook "White Trash Cooking"? I
found it in a second hand bookshop and gave it to my twin a couple of years
ago as it encompassed her type of cooking - i.e. everything came out of a
can. But seriously, it was a most amusing book and had some good recipes.
Jenny even used it!
