Don't have a recipe, but could probably get one, especially if I knew
what Cuban pork was. Which one of the plethora of pork dishes eaten in
Cuba would this be? I'm probably going to be in a Cuban restaurant
tomorrow evening, maybe we can get to the bottom of this.
