Well, NutriCount lists the following information for
yogurt.  Bear in mind, this is NOT yogurt cheese, but
rather plain yogurt.

Yogurt, whole milk...8 oz....11g carb
Yogurt, LoFat milk...8 oz....16g carb
Yogurt, Nonfat milk..8 oz....17g carb

It seems the carb count goes up as you reduce the
amount of fat in the milk.  How would this be affected
by the cheese-making process?  I would *think* that
the carbs would drain out with the whey, leaving
mostly protein and some residual carbs, but there are
others on this list who know more about this stuff
than I do.  Perhaps they will chime in?
