[Sca-cooks] yogurt cheese

To return to an earlier thread...

offhand, does anyone know the nutritional profile of yogurt cheese?
Specifically, what is its carbohydrate profile?  I'm on a moderated carb
diet, and some fresh yogurt cheese would be just the thing to have in the
morning.  Unless of course it's going to send my blood sugar spiraling...
