What are you planning on using it for?  A bread dip?  I have made that
olive-oil, garlic, anchovey and pre-cooked it.  It sat out for an afternoon
ok.  I have also had it sit out on a small tea lite to keep it warm which is
what I _Think_ I am going to do for the Queens Brunch.
