I seem to remember Christina recounting some such tale... :>.  I'm
wondering, not hailing from Oz, if Vegemite is the same as Marmite (also
yeast-extract based)?  The trick with Marmite is to spread it _very
thinly_.  I go through stages where I crave the extremely savoury taste,
but a little goes very, very far.
