[Sca-cooks] Trim your posts!

There have been quite a few messages posted over the
past couple of days and some folks have gotten a bit
lazy in thier responses. Remember to trim your posts
when you reply. There have been far too many instances
where the entire previous post was included. Please
save space by trimming these to just what you are
replying too. I don't want to see any more complete
posts tacked on to replies. If you cannot trim a reply
then create an original post and refer back. I've had
to remind you folk several times about this. Please
show common courtesy to those who just get the digest
version or those who have a limited amount of recieving
space.

Also, please update the Subject line if you are changing
the subject in a post.
