Kiri, your website is going on old information.  If
you go to the Kegan Paul website
http://www.keganpaul.com/mainframe.html
they say that it was published "Fall 2001" for $110.

I have checked on RLIN, and three libraries have it
catalogued as having the book in their libraries.  The
British Library on Oct. 1st, Harvard Library on Oct.
14th, and Stanford Library on Oct. 20th.  So this book
is now out.  Devra, you had better talk with your
distributors again.
