Yes, as in Lebanon County, PA. As for shape or size, that's been my experience, from what is admittedly outside of Lebanon Co. It may be shipped outside of the area in other forms than what you usually see. If you do a Lebanon Bologna web search, there are several vendors that sell and ship it in various sizes and shapes. I suspect that, since none of it is really bologna anyway ; ), this may be a moot issue.
