Soy Sauce was [Sca-cooks] Murri

My soy sauce comes from this huge jug of it ("Kikkoman" brand, IIRC)
from CostCo that I somehow inherited. It wouldn't want to fit in my
fridge, so I keep it in a cupboard, and pour smaller amounts into an old
worchestershire bottle for handier use. I don't know if mine says to
refrigerate or not--I'm too lazy to go get a chair and climb up to the
cupboard <g>.
And my fridge, like yours, is also full of various bottles--I keep my
coffee beans in there, several types of mustard, beer, cider, butter,
rice wine vinegar, etc. Occasionally, even some food. Oh, and, at the
moment, the entire second shelf is taken up by 10+ pounds of freshly
rendered tallow in a large box, waiting for a free weekend so I can make
soap. My (small)freezer is full of pie cherries, waiting to be turned
into conserves or something (don't have enough for wine, and already
have too much liqueur).
