Soy Sauce was [Sca-cooks] Murri

I think there are some varieties...mostly the "light" versions, so far as I
know...that require refrigeration.  However, most of the standard, ordinary
stuff doesn't.  I've got some that I've had for a very long time...bought one
of those large tins...and it hasn't gone bad!
