A nice way to have fresh spinach is to toss in some mandarin orange sections
and add some of the canned juice to vinegar for the dressing.  I toss in
some pecans or sliced almonds also if I have them around.

If your linoleum is the really old stuff then yes, you could sand it if you
are crazy.  It contains asbestos.  If it's not the really old stuff then,
no, it contains too much something that just gums up.  The way to re-cover
old linoleum is to take it up and begin anew.  If that is simply not an
