The rules specifically state:

"Any herbal preparation that is used for medical, magical or poisonous uses
will not be eligible for entry into the A & S Faire. Any herbs and spices
used in the entry must be listed in the documentation with their Latin
botanical names and must be in compliance with the Prohibited and Restricted
Herbs list."

I would say too much. :) For the record for anyone from the Midrealm, this
section is being revised, though the revision may not be ready in time for
Spring A&S and Kingdom A&S. I am one of the people working on the team of
revisors.
