	Actually, that has been used as a threat by a
friend of mine who was attmepting to deal with a particularly
rude and agressive saleslady.  Apparently, the word "lawyer"
got her to shut right up.

 	Oh, I'm usually very polite to the phone soliciters
I get -- several of my friends had had to work for various
phone solicitation or phone survey companies (this is a
college town, and such jobs are pretty popular because the
hours are flexible).  The companies really do treat their
employees poorly, not to mention the abuse from phonees.
	Still, when I get someone on the line who refuses to
believe that I know where I *live*, then I'm inclined to get
rude back (not all of them do that, though -- most are very
apologetic).
