Help me, please! I'm sooo hungry...

I have this nifty string of peppers that I bought at Pike Place. I have
been slowly eating away at them, which is nifty. I have a group of them
that I need to make up tonight- and nowhere can I find instructions on
roasting peppers! I can't find the notes I made, it was a long time ago,
and it certainly is not in COI! I can't remember if you open and seed
them before or after roasting, and if they are brushed with oil or not.
Can anyone help me real quick? I'm gonna have to just do it shortly,
whether I know how or not.
