Not to mention what to do with the fur (if it has any), the skin,
and the bones. . . Lots of things you can do with dead critters, other
than just eat them.

And the proper presentation of foods, and the serving thereof, and
the carving thereof.
Period table manners? The various jobs associated with food - cellarers,
bakers, cooks, carvers, meat procurers, baker, grainerer (who gets the
grains, which grains are gotten, and the like). . .
The humoral theory of foodstuffs? And which foods cure which diseases,
and which foods _cause_ which diseases.
Ooh! Lots of interesting stuff.
