If you ever overuse saffron you will definately know it.

BYW, I sent you some allspice berries did I not?  and do you want a bottle
of imitation rose water to practice with.  It is very strong smelling and
tasting but is cheaper to practice with.

   Yes M'am  you did send all=spice berrys
I picked some rosewater up at a local health-food place
   didnt seem terribly expensive and smells sooooo wunnerful
and tastes fairly good plain.
again this evening  it is experiment with spices time
Thinking of trying the "Dukes Powder" again from the Medieval
Kitchen.
