Thanks Vittoria.  What good news!  I shall be giving this a try this week
sometime and shall post the results of my experimentation.  Do you know if I
have to treat the mold some way or other?  Flour it, I assume.  Any more
information you may have, I would be grateful for!  I shall even do a little
web surfing to see what I can find there.
