Well, this evening I cut up a pear and added it to the onions and
peppers that I had with the pork chops this evening. The pear was nice
with the pork, as always, but it was an especially nice offset to the
peppers (fairly mild- Anaheims I think). So while you are making perry,
etc, keep a couple back for cooking!
