Hello and welcome to the list Christopher.  I see that Lord Stefan hasn't
chimmed in yet so let me give you the pointer to his reflector

I suppose you may look under foods the general category.  Don't get lost.
Also, if you have time most librarys have period cookbooks.  There is also
quite a list of online period cookbooks.  In the search engine type in
period recipes.  That should get you there.  In the meanwhile, I'm going to
be surprized that if by tomorrow you don't have a good handful of
suggestions.
