[Sca-cooks] Kitchen Aid Pasta rollers

Actually they do have two now. One is the pasta
rollers for $129.00 and the other is the extrusion/
plates for the food grinder.
I wonder if $129 makes this a good buy or not. I also
wonder how thin you can get the dough to go. There are
also only two cutters..fettucini and linguini...I have
several more for my little old fashioned one.
How often do you make pasta?

I would think that an extra bowl, maybe a copper bowl,
the water bath, or an extra whisk would make a better
investment...bang for the buck...
