Oh, that really sux ('scuse the French guys, but it does).
I really want a copy of this, but even I can't quite self-justify spending
$127.00 (and definitely not $225.00) on it.
Has Paul considered one of those self-publishing companies? If they could
get the price down I would definitely be interested.
