Greetings Drakey (and others)!

Just saw your posting asking about my class. I just re-subbed to the cook's
list a couple of weeks ago. It's one of my highest-traffic lists I read in
digest.

There were a few participants in the classes (I taught it twice), I think about
20 total for Pennsic. I had a lot of information to cover in an hour, as I
covered a pretty huge time frame (600 years).

Baroness Kiri, Lady Solveig, Lady Yang Liu (Willow) and Ld. Avargam Chaggadai
were in my classes as well, so that led to some interesting conversations in
class. Kiri and Avargam also taught oriental food classes at Pennsic. I really
enjoyed Kiri's class, but missed Avargam's. However, I got his class notes for
his Soup for the Qan class.

I have plenty of copies left of the class notes. Right now it's in MS-Word, but
I can probably convert it to a PDF and send it out to interested parties.

Cheers!

Gwyneth
