Lady Johnnae llyn Lewis sends greetings.

I think this is the book that you are looking for:

Schawessen so auff fürstlichen und andern Pancketen
zuzurichten gehörich / gestelt durch Frantz de Rontzier

(Volume 2 includes the bibliographical references.)
Standard No: ISBN: 3806311528 (set); 3806311536
(leather : set); LCCN: 85-103761

It's part of a Facsimile set of two volumes of a copy
owned by the Herzog August Bibliothek in Wolfenbüttel.
The original is dated 1598. Reprint came out in 1979.

So what you want is the first volume with the original
material, if you can find it. The set is listed as being
only at the Library of Congress in the United States.
That makes it very, very rare in this country.
??? as to rarity abroad.

Hope this helps.
