a1qt.milk (makes more cheese) heat to 200o. When the temp is reached put in
1/2 cup vinigar let curds form take from heat.Line a colander with cheese
cloth not pourious kind!Let drain for a couple hours Pour into bowl ad
alittle salt some spice if you like and ad alittle cream if you want it most
