In that case Glenda, I stand corrected!  I have ONE friend who lives in a
place consistently colder than I am.

And you may be right about the bread references.  I noticed in the
candying/confectionary section she was taking almost all of her notes from
secondary sources (that were already gracing my bookshelves).  If the bread
section is better - then I'll just shut my mouth! <g>
