I'm happy you thought of the trying the Florilegium in your search
for info on Crown Roasts. Unfortunately, I'm pretty certain there
is nothing in the Florilegium on Crown Roasts.

The only time I've ever heard one mentioned is when I visited the
SPCA camp four years ago and they were serving a Crown Roast of
Lamb.

I'd be interested in hearing what other information folks can come
up with, too. Then maybe it will be in the Florilegium. :-)
