	I agree.  That said, I have to admit that the heat at most Pennsic
wars has driven me to the extremes of clothing on occasion.  Not as far as
the people you are talking about, but I have spent many days living in only
a chemise, although I usually throw on a skirt when I leave the camp.  The
last 2 years I've dressed in Indian, and feel much cooler in a sari.
