Ok. "Improperly allocated" garlic? ;-)

There used to be a restaurant in Ithaca by the name of Turback's, that had
a garlic festival every year. I appreciate garlicky pesto, but if you are
going to use enough garlic so that you can't taste the basil, why bother
with the basil at all? Just use the garlic, and use parsley if you need
greenitude.

Then, there is my mother, who is afraid of garlic. Won't go near it. A
typical Mom restaurant review is "It was pretty good, but the XXXX had too
much garlic in it."
