Greetings to the List:
Just returned from the East coast where I had
the pleasure of lunching and museum visiting with Mistress
Kiri and then on the night following meeting and dining
with Lady Olwen (and also Hans) in Baltimore.
On the way back we detoured through the Amish area of
Ohio and actually stopped off at Lehman's store in Kidron.
We have discussed them on the list in previous months.
It is worth the stop if you are in the general area, just
west and slightly south of Akron/Canton. They carry a full
range of Lodge cast-iron, including large kettles and
skillets. Books, canning supplies, butter churns, sausage
grinders, you name it. It's an unusual place. Also there
are a number of other interesting stores in the area,
including a basket outlet and numerous bulk food stores.
